Harrisburg Academy's admission process is designed to admit qualified students who are capable of benefitting from the school’s dynamic college preparatory program and making a positive contribution to the school community. The Admission Office works to identify, attract, and retain a diverse group of students who are ready, willing, and able to take advantage of the opportunities offered through their personal learning journey at the Academy.

In the Academy's admission process, every effort is made to accommodate qualified applicants who are siblings of currently enrolled students, children of alumni, or children of full-time faculty/staff. In the event of a wait pool, a "connected" applicant will be given priority status.
