The Center for Global and Local Citizenship is proud to host the 10th Annual International Night on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Please email me if you are planning to bring a dish to share at the International Café from 5-6 p.m. in the Louis Lehrman Gymnasium. If you haven’t been to the International Café before, my students make an informative sign for each dish.
Information to include in your email:
What item you plan to bring
Ingredients (we identify allergens)
Do you need an outlet?
Do you need an extension cord?
Country of origin and/or any special story to share?
All tables in the gym will have festive plastic tablecloths on them, but you are welcome to bring additional items to decorate however you would like. I also provide serving utensils, plates/bowls, napkins, forks, knives, spoons, and water. Again, you are welcome to bring anything you like that will enhance your table, or if you prefer to use your own serving ware.
Additionally, if you, your child, or a local group you or they are a part of want to perform a song, dance, show traditional clothing, etc., please contact me. Our performances are from 6-7 p.m. in McCormick Auditorium. My students will introduce each performance with the title and any other relevant information you share with us ahead of time.
I look forward to celebrating the rich diversity that makes our school community special with all of you.
